PENENTUAN STANDAR WAKTU POTONG MENGGUNAKAN OXY LPG PADA PEMOTONGAN PELAT SECARA MANUAL

Abstract


In the process of ship construction on plate and profile cutting is one of the early stages of work performed on the fabrication workshop. Until now in the shipyard in general there is still no fixed time standard in the process of cutting manually. Where to determine how long the process of cutting work is still based on experience. In this study aims to determine the standard timing of the process of cutting the plate manually using the lpg oxy pieces machine. The method in this research is to directly measure the process of cutting the plate manually. From the results of data analysis found that the thicker plates are cut then the time required in the process of cutting longer followed the equation y = 33.826x - 0.9026.
